Compression will not start
- Make sure your device has an active internet connection — compression requires network access
- Select a supported PDF file and choose a valid target size in KB or MB
- Check that your phone has enough free storage for temporary processing
Output size is not exact
- The target size is a goal — the final file may be slightly larger or smaller
- Stronger compression may reduce image quality inside the PDF
- Try a different target or preset if the result is not close enough
The app feels slow
- Larger PDFs with many pages can take longer to process
- Close memory-heavy apps running in the background
- Ensure stable network connectivity before starting compression
Privacy questions
- PDF compression happens locally on your device
- Your PDFs are not uploaded to PubNexus servers
